I’m Tracy, the hands and heart behind this little cottage bakery nestled in downtown Seguin, Texas.

What began as a simple love for baking has grown into a daily practice of creating, nourishing, and sharing — one loaf at a time.

Sourdough is our compass here. It's quiet patience, it's wild aliveness, it's way of transforming simple ingredients into something extraordinary — that’s the magic we are devoted to. Though sourdough is our foundation, we occasionally wander into yeasted breads when inspiration calls.

At Bee in Your Bonnet, we believe in whole health, simple living, and food that brings both comfort and connection. Each week, we craft a new menu — a blend of familiar favorites and curious, seasonal creations — posted every Saturday morning. Orders open then too; send us a message, and we’ll schedule your pick-up and send confirmation.

From time to time, our loaves sell out. When they do, we often offer a small handful of “Extra” items, shared on Facebook around 10:30 AM on pick-up days, available first-come, first-served.
​
Our curbside pick-up is typically each Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM, though hours may shift as life requires. Following along is the best way to stay in the know.

And if you ever have a question — about bread, about sourdough, or about what we’re dreaming up next — we’re always happy to talk. Bread is nourishment, yes… but it’s also a conversation and community connection.
