Bee in Your Bonnet Weekly Menu

Hello there! So glad to be back with you this morning!

 

Here is our little menu for the week of February 2nd, with curbside pick up on Friday, February 6th, between 3 and 6 PM.

 

We have some great sourdough flavors for you this week! Our Muffuletta loaf is still gracing the menu for a while longer, and we also have Strawberry White Chocolate, which is such a fan favorite. Our Beetroot Dill & Shallot loaf is sure to be a hit, with just a whisp of lemon, it's savory and light, and makes an absolutely delightful chicken salad sandwich!

 

And if you can't decide, be sure to grab our Artisan Sourdough Sampler and try them all!

 

We have Raspberry Morning Buns this week, made with our Raspberry Preserves, and speaking of Raspberry Preserves, they are our spreadable this week!

 

Craving a little sweet cake? Try our Orange Cardamom Coffee Cake. It's perfect with a hot drink!

 

We do have some Garlic Olive Oil Dip Mix if you are interested, as well as some Strawberry Rhubarb Jam. Just let me know when you place your order.

 

Please make sure you get a response from me when you place your order to make sure it was received and ensure it will be ready on Friday. You should hear a "sure thing" or "you got it."

 

 As always, we hope you find a little something that you can enjoy with your friends and family this week!

 

When you place your order, please let us know if you would like a boule or a sandwich loaf; if not, it will be dealer's choice!

   

To place an order, send us a private message or call 210-781-9122, and we will set up a pick-up time for you.

 

If you are unable to make our pick-up times, please reach out via phone call or PM, and we will see what we can do to make sure you can get a loaf!

 

We do sell out occasionally, and if you cannot get your order in, we offer "extra" items that we will post on Friday morning at 1030 AM for same-day pick up.

(Sourdough Brioche buns filled with our house-made Raspberry Preserves and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. These European-style little buns are perfect with a hot drink on a cold day!

Orange Cardamom Coffee Cake

(Delicate and aromatic, this cake is infused with fragrant cardamom and fresh orange zest. Topped with golden toasted almonds for an added crunch. This cake pairs beautifully with any morning brew or afternoon tea!)

Artisanal Raspberry Preserves

(We use a European recipe to make our small batch Raspberry Preserves. We love it because it uses less sugar and really allows the fruit to shine. Perfect with our Plain Artisan Sourdough bread)

(A wee basket with three mini–Artisan Sourdough flavored loaves, the flavors vary with the weekly menu. A perfect way to taste some different flavors or gift as a gift!)
