Bee in Your Bonnet Weekly Menu

Well, good morning!

 

Here is our menu for the week of May 12th with curbside pickup on Friday, May 16th between 3 and 6 PM.

We have some fun new flavors for you this week along with some old favorites and the classic Plain and Honey Whole Wheat.

 

We also have Texas Sheet Cakes again this week, and we will have them on and off the menu throughout the summer. We are taking a limited number of orders for them as they are a little labor intensive, so if you want one, be sure to let us know sooner rather than later.

 

As always, we hope you find a little something that you can enjoy with your friends and family this week!

 

When you place your order, please let us know if you would like a boule or a sandwich loaf; if not, it will be dealer's choice!

   

To place an order, send us a private message or call 210-781-9122, and we will set up a pick-up time for you.

 

If you are unable to make our pick-up times, please reach out via phone call or PM, and we will see what we can do to make sure you can get a loaf!

We do sell out occasionally, and if you cannot get your order in, we offer "extra" items that we will post on Friday morning at 1030 AM for same-day pick up.

Plain Artisan Sourdough

(Our handmade authentic artisan sourdough bread. Made just for you! The possibilities are endless!) * Dairy Free * Vegan

Honey Whole Wheat Artisan Sourdough

(Our Artisan Sourdough made with our Rye starter and Whole Wheat flour and locally sourced Honey. This is a nice wholesome whole grain bread with just a hint of sweetness.) *Vegan

Emmentaler Mushroom Shallot Artisan Sourdough

(This sophisticated loaf marries the nuttiness of Emmentaler cheese and the earthy richness of baby Bella mushrooms along with the slight sweetness from the shallots. A symphony of flavor!)

Cherry Bakewell Artisan Sourdough

(This loaf is our sourdough take on the beloved Cherry Bakewell tart! Packed with juicy cherries, slivered almonds and creamy white chocolate, it’s a sweet-meets-tangy celebration in every slice. Perfect toasted or straight from the cutting board! )

Scallion Milk Bread Sourdough

(Soft, savory and wildly snackable, this loaf blends the pillowy richness of milk bread with the depth of sourdough fermentation. Scallions are folded into the dough, and toasted sesame seeds add a warm nutty crunch. It’s tender enough for sandwiches, bold enough to eat solo!)

Sesame Strawberry Jam Sourdough Focaccia

(This sweet-savory sourdough focaccia brings together the sin-kissed flavor of our artisanal strawberry jam with the nutty crunch of sesame seeds. It’s chewy, tender and just a little unexpected-perfect as a snack, a brunch centerpiece or a side that steals the show!)

Blackberry Morning Buns

(Sourdough Brioche buns filled with our Artisanal Blackberry preserves and topped with a light sprinkling of powdered sugar for good measure! Lightly sweet and absolutely delightful!)

Rosemary Raisin Artisanal Gourmet Sourdough Crackers


(We make these with fresh Rosemary from our garden, our signature sourdough, a handful of raisins, toasted Almonds, Flax Seeds for good measure, a kiss of Maple Syrup and finish with a whisp of lemon. We top with flakey Sea Salt and then they are ready for your dips, spreads and general snacking.)

 

$12  bag (Approx 10 handmade crackers) 6 oz.

 

Fruit and Seed Artisanal Gourmet Sourdough Crackers


(We make these with whole wheat and rye flour. We add in tart cherries, cranberries and apricots. Then we fold in flax seed, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds along with fresh garden Thyme, a touch of brown sugar, a dash of rolled oats and a whisp of sea salt)

 

$12  bag (Approx 10 handmade crackers) 6 oz.

 

Texas Sheet Cake

(Made with rich brown butter and buttermilk and topped with a decadent chocolate butter frosting with pecans. A small piece is really just enough and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to take it to the next level!)
