★ After Hours Artisan Sourdough
Boozy! These artisan sourdough loaves are baked with delectable alcohol-based concoctions. While the alcohol bakes off in the process, there's no doubt that it lends a level of sophistication that can't be reached any other way. From port-soaked cherry mix-ins to beer-based breads, there's something for everyone.

★ Sourdough Focaccia
A sinfully good Italian flatbread made with a blend of whole wheat, rye, and red wheat bread flour. It has a crunch exterior and a soft slightly chewy center. This delightful menu addition is another which features our rotating flavor options, and we sometimes offer an After-Hours variety (Tipsy Fig)! Check our weekly menu to see what we have this week!

Sourdough Demi-Baguettes
Baguettes by nature have a crispy crust and and soft interior. They are best enjoyed on the day that they are baked. They can be frozen to prolong their life. They are perfect for sandwiches and are a lovely accompaniment to soups and stews or sliced and toasted to enjoy with your favorite toppings.

Cinnamon Morning Buns
Sourdough Brioche buns with cinnamon and brown sugar, glazed with honey butter and rolled in organic cinnamon and unrefined sugar. Sold in a box of 4.

Sourdough Pizza Shells
A Neapolitan style par-baked pizza shell ready for you to finish at home. Brush the outer crust with olive oil and sprinkle it with garlic salt if desired. Add your sauce and toppings, bake at 500 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. These un-topped shells will last at room temperature for 2 to 3 days or can be frozen for a quick pizza night at a later date. Approximately 10 inches across.

A periodic offering - this is a wee basket with three mini–Artisan Sourdough flavored loaves, the flavors vary with the weekly menu. A perfect way to taste some different flavors or gift as a gift!

Garlic Olive Oil Dip Mix
4 servings of our Garlic Olive Oil Dip Mix, filled with herbs, spices, and dehydrated Parmesan Cheese and Garlic. Add ¼ cup to ½ cup of your own good quality Olive Oil and you have a lovely dipping sauce to enjoy with our fresh bread.
